Making a Purchase

Ordering ‘Lozano’ jewellery could not be simpler. Once you have chosen your desired item just click ‘Add to Basket’ to select it. Repeat this step to add further items to your basket. Once this is completed just click ‘Checkout and follow the PayPal instructions. All prices are shown in GB pounds.

Postage & Packing

Postage and packing charges are inclusive on all orders. All items are boxed and packaged in a padded Envelope. UK Orders are sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Items will be despatched and delivered within 7 working days. We offer free postal delivery on all our orders to anywhere in the world (Standard Airmail).

If you live outside of the UK and would like to ensure your package is signed for please select ‘International signed for’ as your delivery method. There is a £3.30 charge for this service.

We aim to despatch all orders promptly so that delivery will be made within 7 working days (UK orders) and within 7-10 working days (outside UK). Please note, these times are a guide only, delivery may be delayed due to events beyond our control.

Late/Lost Deliveries

If your delivery is over 20 days late, please contact us. In the event of a non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 20 working days after which the Post Office classifies the parcel as lost. Lozano cannot be held responsible for the late or loss of delivery.

Return or Exchange an Item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition with the packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt or exchange the items. Please note that all earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

For information regarding returns please email this address sales@lozanodesigns.co.uk . A return address and further instructions will then be issued by email. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us (except where the item is faulty). Please remember to obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Refunds will be processed and issued within 3 working days from receipt of the item. You will receive an email confirming the original order value and refund amount (the e-mail will be sent to the same address as the original Order Confirmation).

N.B. Your refund will be credited to the same Paypal account with which you made your original purchase. Exchanges Please allow 3 working days from receipt of a return for us to process an exchange. The original delivery schedule will then apply (see above).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the item you receive faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail sales@lozanodesigns.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Lozano complies with all aspects of the Data Protection Act of 1984 and the new Act of 1998. We do not disclose details of our customers to any third party.
